You’ve probably wondered what your favorite celebrities eat. Do they eat like normal people? Do they also get excited when someone invites them to dine at the Bellagio buffet? Hmm probably not. Celebrities don’t like it when people fuss over them. Most of them like to live as normal as possible and eating lunch with everyone looking and taking photos of them is anything but.
While it’s true that majority of the celebs today follow a healthy lifestyle, they do indulge in burgers, Chinese food, Mexican food and pizza from time to time.

Chris reportedly consumes 4,000 calories per day combined with intense training and proper hydration. Most of us have seen Chris Pratt’s before and after photos and the transformation is absolutely impressive. He munches on kale chips but his favorite would be Thai Turkey Meatballs in coconut milk with lemongrass.
Gal has a great physique so we’ve always wondered what she eats. She makes sure she has a healthy breakfast usually with fruits, green smoothies, eggs and coffee. For her main meals she eats chicken and fish with lots of veggies (cooked or raw). Snacks is usually avocado toast or fresh fruits. Gal does not deprive herself of chocolate, ice cream or burgers but she is mindful of portion control.
Gigi loves burgers treats herself to JG Melon burgers from time to time. Breakfast consists of bacon, toast, and scrambled eggs with OJ and coffee. Her favorite dessert is Grasshopper Pie ice cream.
Back in college Jason would eat 4 bananas a day because budget was tight. Now that he’s a superstar, he still sticks to simple stuff like seafood pasta, pizza and ice cream with brownies. He’s also a fan of Big Mac with large fries.
J.Lo is very health-conscious and the 47-year old only eats organic and fresh protein-based foods, except for one thing – protein powder. She also does not drink alcohol. She likes to drink almond and cookie butter oatmeal protein shake.
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson eats a ton of meat and his daily menu is often comprised of sirloin, bison meat and chicken with baked potatoes or rice, and some fresh salad. He does not drink coffee but instead chooses fruit flavored energy drinks and 14 liters of water each day.

Kendall loves pancakes, pizza and burgers. But of course, she does not eat these junk all the time. For lunch she eats grilled chicken, veggies and brown rice. She also enjoys hummus and chips and guacamole.

JT admits he works out so he can eat whatever he wants. He also does not skip breakfast. His favorite are blueberry pancakes and Oreo O’s and Apple Jacks cereals.
