At the Mandalay Bay Resort, the Buffet comes with reasonable prices (compared to other buffets in Las Vegas). This is a pleasant surprise, as the surroundings are quite plush and upscale.

About Mandalay Bay Buffet
The buffet is conveniently located just off the casino floor, so you can have your fill right before or right after gambling. The place looks great, with high ceilings and impressive columns. Tall windows in some sections offer a great view of the garden areas and the swimming pool.
The Schedule
From Monday to Thursday, you can enjoy both breakfast and lunch buffets. The breakfast buffet is from 7AM to 11AM, followed by lunch from 11AM to 2:30PM.
On the weekends from Friday to Sunday, there’s brunch instead. That’s basically combining both breakfast and lunch, so it goes from 7AM up to 4:30PM.
Then there’s dinner, which is available each day from 4:30PM to 9:45PM.
The Offerings
The buffet here doesn’t change or rotate their offerings all that often, and that’s not really a bad thing. That means if you have a favorite, there’s little chance that it will disappear from the available dishes. And if you’re an adventurous sort, there are plenty of different options here so you can feast on new dishes each time for a good long while.
For breakfast, you have the usual pancakes, waffles, French toast, other breakfast pastries, and plenty of fruits. There’s a made-to-order omelet station as well. Of course, there’s lots of bacon and ham, cheese, corn beef hash, plenty of different egg dishes, and even herb-crusted salmon.
The lunch buffet includes a pasta station and a salad bar, with various soups as well. The dinner buffet is actually quite similar to what you’ll find for lunch. There’s plenty of meat, along with lots of seafood. There’s a small Mexican station, an Italian area, and various Asian dishes.
For both lunch and dinner buffets, there are similar desserts available as well.
