The Mirage Buffet is always open every day of the week, for breakfast, brunch, and dinner.
On weekdays from Monday to Friday, the breakfast buffet runs from 7AM to 11AM. The brunch starts from 11AM to 3PM, and then the dinner buffet goes from 3PM to 10PM.
There’s a weekend Champagne brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, running from 8AM to 3PM as well.
The place is well-lit, with ample room accommodating more than a hundred tables. The various stations offer lots of terrific food from an international cuisine. There are usually at least 10 different food stations on hand, along with a separate drinks station. That means your cravings will be satisfied, regardless of what cuisine your taste buds are looking for.
With the Carvings station, you can enjoy honey glazed ham, turkey and roasted beef ribeye, and succulent prime rib. The Italian station offers excellent pasta dishes, such as the cheese tortellini with cherry tomato and basil. There’s also a seafood station with chilled or steamed snow crab legs, and they’re even already split for your convenience.
Try the Asian station, with many different types of sushi, along with delicacies like the spicy Szechuan eggplant and the beef broccoli. At the Latin America station, if you have a hankering for chilaquiles and chicken fajitas.
Desserts include rather special items, such as the Amour pistachio raspberry cake and a white chocolate raspberry cake. All in all, you won’t be left unsatisfied with a visit to the Mirage buffet.
